We are looking for a German Sales Support Coordinator.
This is truly a very divers role, as you get to work on all facets that come with Customer Support.
There are 4 key activities in this role:
- Customer Service
- Order Entry and Invoicing
- Improving processes and reporting
- Delivery note (DN) creation/deletion/split

The ideal candidate:
- speaks fluent German
- has a good command of English
- has experience with an order management system, such as SAP is a plus
- has experience in different customer service roles
- is proactive and is willing to take on ownership of the whole CS process
- is able to perform correct and timely CS administration
- dares to escalate issues
- is able to reason logically and resolve issues
- monitoring of and communicating to customers regarding orders, shipment planning, documentation and scheduling
- back order management
- close communication with our distribution center and logistic partners
- follow up and enforce the sales support processes
- compilation and analysis of customer accounts, shipment requirements, etc.
- responsible for end-to-end order to cash process
- enter orders in SAP and create invoices
- check prices and inventory
- liaise with stock control
- support month-end activities
- suggest process improvements
- describing and documenting workflows
- support the sales offices in the logistic return process
