Business Development Manager Netherlands

Job Title: Business Development Manager NL
Salary: from €4,000 - €6,000 per month + commission
Location: Amsterdam/Hybrid

This independent food service provider is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Dutch market to continue growing their business! They are all about personalized service, passion for food, and high-quality ingredients which is why they have a massive influence in the UK market and across Europe. They are modern, adapting to new trends, and always thinking of ways on how to support their employees!

About the role:

This is a standalone role with the potential to manage 2-3 people in the near future as the business grows!

• Identify new potential clients
• Create and send client offers/proposals
• Cross communicate with the Operations department to execute the services
• Be in touch with the Sales team in the UK for leads and insight
• Go to site visits
• Ensure proposals and presentations meet individual client food and service needs
• Bring in new contracts and expand the Dutch market!

What are we looking for:

• Great organizational skills
• Good at communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on and commercial mentality
• Fluent in English
• Dutch is not required but a plus
