Canteen Manager

We are hiring for a Canteen Manager on behalf of our client, a renowned Chinese manufacturer of electrical consumer goods.

The new canteen manager will be responsible to organise an exceptional culinary experience to the workforce at the Dutch HQ in Den Haag.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, including three Chinese chefs.
• Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Efficiently manage all canteen operations with catering services, including inventory control, cost management, and scheduling.
• Daily communication with supplier and catering services.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Conceptualise and organise special events and promotions.
• Create and maintain feedback survey about the canteen service.

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional language proficiency in (Mandarin) Chinese.
