They speak English internally, in this case though, the CSR will handle the French speaking markets. For the first couple of months you will have on-the-job training, to gain proper knowledge on the products, customers, and procedures.
For a globally well-known company, our client near Eindhoven provides low technical and RMA support on a range of products. From computers to fridges, you will handle customer queries regarding such white/brown goods. As the French Customer Service advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to consumers and assist them with installations, troubleshooting and problem solving in an efficient and customer friendly manner.
Answering inbound contacts (phone, email, web chat) from customers
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving any product related questions or problems
Logging customer details, documenting the problem and escalating whenever necessary
Ensuring customer satisfaction in all customer contacts
Meet personal/customer service team targets and handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Able to follow procedures
Good troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good typing skills and able to multitask
(Near) native command of French and fluency in English
Contact center working experience is advantageous
Self-starter, independent worker
Willingness to work in shifts
Start date: training starts on the 1st of August.
