What You'll Be Doing

As a Medior Data Engineer, you'll:

  • Design, develop, and optimize APIs for seamless data integration across platforms.
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Apache Spark.
  • Leverage Python to develop robust ETL workflows and data-processing scripts.
  • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based data systems on AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift, EMR).
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data availability, quality, and accessibility.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2-4 years as a data engineer or in a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks.
  • Deep understanding of building and optimizing APIs.
  • Experience with big data frameworks like Apache Spark.
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to address complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
