Job Description
For a with a strong market position worldwide, we are looking for a Junior FP&A candidate to strengthen the FP&A team. You will be a member of the FP&A team which plays an important role in the financial control and business control of the group.

The role focuses on the budget and forecast process and the monthly review and analysis of the results of the group and the companies within the group.

The candidate in this position will partner across multiple teams to guide financial spending and strategy for projected expenses and growth.

Requirements

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Fluency in English and in addition in either French, Spanish, Italian, German or Swedish, both orally and in writing

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of FPA experience
Professional level of FPA practices
Accounting degree, at least Bachelor level
Responsibilities
Perform financial tasks related to budget, forecast and closing
Build comprehensive and dynamic models to generate insightful analysis and provide key recommendations and results to management teams
Create, distribute and summarize clear and concise KPI reports
Analyze, identify and prioritize the main areas of risk and opportunity
Establish financial accountability through education and partnership with cross-functional teams and department heads
Optimize processes to adapt to the growth of the company
Focus on continuous improvement of processes (budget and forecasting and monthly reporting)
Create and finalize presentations and documents for broader distribution
Design dashboards and custom reporting solutions to meet complex business needs in a streamlined and user friendly fashion
Establish strong relationships with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies and objectives
Understand data sources and systems to ensure data integrity and report accuracy and the possibilities of data consolidation
Interact with IT to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements/automation to sales reporting systems
Informing management of progress and roadblocks; identifying actions required
Participating in and providing support to cross-functional teams. Conducting analyses as needed to support project objectives.
Participates in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the department and the company
Assisting in maintaining various accounting systems and processes in area of responsibility, creating and maintaining documentation on procedures while providing ongoing process improvement recommendations and development of automated systems
Solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of situations where limited procedures currently exist
