Our client is active in the online printing industry. They assist small to medium sized businesses with their print, design and marketing needs.
For their office in Maastricht, The Netherlands they are currently looking for an International Marketing Allrounder.


The Job

As an International Marketing Allrounder, you develop and maintain the European marketing strategy (Online/ Offline). You will be responsible for driving the growth of the company within the organization and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.

Main responsibilities:

- Marketing: Evaluate customer research, market conditions, market research, competitor data and implement marketing plan for B2B and B2C market

- Understand different EU markets and adapt the marketing strategies to these different markets

- Work with different digital marketing tools to realise the projects

- Develop the annual marketing plan

- Finance: deliver the budget which has been agreed with the board; based on turnover, market share, costs and ROI

- Achieve frequent and positive media coverage across all relevant media

- Analyse potential strategic partners relationships regarding product lines

- Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push the products and brand awareness

- Work closely with all departments for a successful execution and implementation


The Profile

- Native German and/ or French + high level of English

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of marketing experience in an international company

- Experience in developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies for different international markets

- Experience in digital advertising campaigns, SEO & SEM, Social Media, Performance marketing, Influential marketing and Affiliate marketing

- Willingness/ ability to travel
