Our client is an international company within the security camera industry. The have several web shops in various European countries. The support team in Utrecht consist of 15 international employees.
- You are the primary point of contact (phone, email and in future webchat) for the French-speaking market, including France, Wallonia and Romandy;
- Advising clients, answering product questions and process orders ;
- Responsible for supporting exisitng clients with questions about a setting or a broken product.
- You are proactive and have a commercially driven personality who thinks in opportunities and has a drive for results;
- An excellent command of the French language (both oral and written);
- A basic command of the English OR Dutch language (to communicate with your colleagues);
- Excellent communication skills.
