Job Description

Our client, a successful and pioneering international high-tech business, is seeking an organized, responsible and service orientated HR / Office Assistant. The successful candidate will form an integral part of their growing and dynamic international team in their Utrecht office. They specialize in the IT industry and are at the forefront in their field.

Main Tasks

  • Provides functional daily office and HR assistance
  • Is the main point of contact for vendors;
  • Assists with employee queries and assisting new employees to get settled efficiently
  • Updating HR computer system accurately
  • Provides finance administration support
  • Provides travel and team building event support
  • Interacts with all internal and external departments
  • Composing or typing letters or correspondence
  • Ordering stationary that is needed within the company.

Requirements

  • 2 years previous experience of working in a similar position
  • Speaks and writes a fluent level of the Dutch and English languages
  • Must be a team player
  • Have a "can do" attitude and lots of energy
  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Service orientated
  • Approachable, professional and friendly
  • Nice to have would be an HR background and experience with working with an HR system
  • Daily hours : 8.45 to 14.00
