Job Description

Randstad Multilingual Recruitment is actively looking for a German speaking Customer Advisor. Our client is a pioneer in \'no hassle\' banking and offers a simple and innovative platform in which consumers manage their finances themselves.

We offer

We offer a direct contract with the client. The salary ranges between 11€/hour and 14€/hour depending on your experience. Betwee 32 and 40hrs per week (4 or 5 days/week). Working hours Monday-Friday 8:30 till 21:00, and Saturday from 10:00 till 17:00 (min of 2 evenings/week and 1 saturday/month). Travel costs will be reimbursed, according to the company’s policy. Flexible working hours, dynamic environment and opportunity to grow. Located in Amsterdam-Oost, in walking distance to the train station.

Tasks

You are responsible for different customer contact via telephone, chat and e-mail. You might have to handle more or less complex questions about our financial products and sometimes some complaints. In addition, you will perform administrative tasks. You work within fixed procedures where a high dose of independence is expected. If you see opportunities for improvement within their processes, procedures and systems, your input is more than welcome. You will have the space for this in various workgroups and / or projects.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- You speak fluent German (B2 level and above)
-    Dutch is a plus
- Your working and cognitive abilities are on a Bachelor level
- You have experience working with CRM systems and learn quickly new processes
-    You have good communication skills and enjoying daily contact with customers.
