Job Description

We are looking for an excited and service-oriented sales support who likes to maintain the relationships with our Strategic Accounts.

As our new Sales Support Strategic Key Accounts, you are responsible for providing an outstanding level of service in order to strengthen the relationship between the company and its strategic Direct Sales Accounts.
You are one of the main contacts for our Direct Sales Channel. Your daily tasks will be focused on pro-actively maintaining the relationship with our online play platforms and you will be challenged to maximize business opportunities. Moreover, you support the sales team and advise them on various topics in order to maximize business opportunities.

Main Tasks

Your responsibilities will cover both customer service and sales support. Those include, among other things:

  • Give information on item availability, packing slips and invoices to our customers.
  • Handle all logistic issues, quality complaints and coordinate returns between the customer and the Logistics department.
  • Order entry and loan sample registration.
  • Maintenance of customer details and creation of customer numbers.
  • Give product information to the accounts via telephone, email, letter, face-to-face.
  • Inform and assist Sales with account information.
  • Handle marketing requests.
  • Prepare weekly shipment proposals for the accounts based on their arranged and direct orders and chase where needed.

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch; any other language is a plus.
  • Sales is what you feel absolutely passionate about
  • You know how to spot commercial opportunities
  • Beyond your -big pile of- challenging tasks and responsibilities, you're always able to see the bigger picture and give suggestions to make things better for our sales team and our customers.
  • Add a vocational degree and three years of relevant experience in a similar customer/sales support role and you've got our full attention. Experience in working with Amazon is a must.
  • Are you also self-confident, organized, pro-active with strong analytical skills? We're heart-eyed.
  • Strong personality and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Exact and Microsoft Excel
