In connection with the realization of further ambitious growth objectives, the company is currently looking for and experienced and energetic team lead. You will lead a team in the Zoetermeer-office and smaller remote teams in other parts of Europe.

The job

The primary goal of the (customer success) team leader is to maximize the retention of profitable customers. This is done by instilling in employees the need to actively listen to customers, be empathetic towards their problems, and be efficient in providing worthy solutions.

Tasks:

  • Draft, execute and monitor strategic planning
  • Guide and motivate the Customer service team
  • Report on KPIs
  • Acquire and train the right competencies
  • Involved in complex cases, pivot in the organization and represent the customer
  • Maintain lasting relationship with profitable customers
  • Strategic Planning
  • Lead, hire and train CST members
  • Represent the voice of the customers
Requirements
  • You hold a bachelor's degree
  • You have 6 years or more of relevant experience in a customer service environment
  • You have 3 years or more as a team leader (preferably in a changing environment)
  • You are fulltime available
  • You have business fluency in English; Dutch is highly preferred, and another language would be a plus.
  • You are a lean thinker and doer
  • You thrive in entrepreneurial environment and you enjoy to be in a pivotal position for our business
  • You are customer and market oriented
  • You are objective and quality driven

strong leadership and coaching skills, you are communicative, a good listener and empathic. You have a helicopter view and vision and dare to act and think independently. You show initiative, are pro-active and a good planner and coordinator. You are stress resistant, flexible and energetic and motivated to bring the team to a higher level.
